The Suzuki RM-Z450 is around for quite some time now and during its life has received a lot of awards thanks to its first class performances. Needless to say that the 2013 model moves this heritage further and continues to deliver modern technologies and solid performances. The bike is built around a 449cc, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, single cylinder, DOHC engine that sends its power to the rear wheel through a redesigned 5-speed constant mesh transmission. Thanks to its reshaped shift cam, stopper spring and drive shaft, the transmission offers more precise shifts as well as a better general response. The motorcycle’s backbone is represented by a twin spar aluminum frame especially engineered to offer great rigidity at high speeds. The Suzuki RM-Z450 is offered with a starting price of $8,699.
